Defective. Can’t reach seller. Already registered to someone else 8 months ago.
Was excited to get the programmer until I turned it on. It was already registered to another person. Their gmail account was still signed in and viewable. I did the right thing and logged out of their gmail account without pilfering. I probably will contact them and let them know that Amazon sent this to me with all of their info and their email account open and viewable. Pieces were missing. The software was activated 8 months ago. I’ve contacted Launch USA they can not assist. I contacted CN.Launch. They verified the product was previously registered but advised me to just contact the seller. They were no help. There is no contact info for the seller. Amazon said only option is to return. I wish there was another resolution.
