I finally have a wine bottle opener where I'm not busting a rib trying to open my wine. I love the ease of it; and it's so nice looking, I leave it on my countertop. It's an elephant head, and I happen to love elephants as well. I give it 5 stars easy.

Product was completely out of the box when it arrived- was shipped in a large box with two other products that were perfectly intact. Both the corkscrew and the foil cutter were out of the box. Parts were also scratched/ scuffed even the box it came in seemed dirty and the spine was ripping away from the foam. Product seems cheaply made other than the stainless steel handle. Looks aren't everything so I was still eager to try the product! First try I thought I broke it but it was fine, just made a weird crack sound? I don't usually review products but I was so sad about this product that I felt I had to. Functionality wise, it did open the bottle but oddly squished the cork. This product doesn't seem durable with the majority of the parts being plastic so for that reason I will be returning tomorrow even though it just came in the mail today. Was really hoping this was going to be a good one because I LOVED the color and I HATE the old corkscrew I currently own and couldn't wait to get rid of it :(

Love it. Works great and easy to use. Point going into cork is sharp, so I do have to be aware when reaching for it. I like and use the included cork that pumps air out of the bottle for storing, however the included cutter isn't great. It doesn't give a clean cut, but it does work.

Took me a minute to figure out how to put it on the dock but I love it. Matches my copper kitchen aesthetic perfectly and works well. My friends love to come over and use it. I expected it to just be a novelty piece but it works well!

Not sure how sturdy it will be, time will tell. It's a nice gadget but takes some getting used to to get the cork out - it's more difficult that my previous wine opener. Fingers crossed!

The idea behind this bottle opener is brilliant and it worked really well for six months. Unfortuntely the manufactuing quality is poor and some of the plastic parts broke meaning that the whole thing no longer worked. If the company making these bottle openers does something to improve quality (using more durable materials) they will have brilliant product. Until then do not buy!

Bought this as its rose gold to match other kitchen items. most wines we buy are screw top!Broke our rule of if the total of 4 & 5 stars is below 75%, we dont buy.

Followed instructions, and it broke on the first attempt. These products need to be tried and tested and not left for someone to buy and then break.
