Arrived quick, complete and in factory new condition.
It's the original product in its original box, charging cable and all the instructions, the screen comes protected and clean. Will definitely only buy from this seller from now on, had a bad experience with other sellers.Bought twice now and it arrived way faster than expected twice, both work amazing.

Ordered this and got a 1.0 base station
Update: after originally receiving a 1.0 base station, I returned it and got a replacement which was the correct 2.0 base station. I had no issue setting it up and it works perfectly with my valve index and the other two base stations I already had.Original review: In case this happens to anyone else, I ordered this to be a 3rd base station for my new valve index. But what I received was actually a 1.0 base station, which looks different from the pictures and is not compatible with the 2.0 base stations that came with my headset. 1.0 base stations have a flat front and a button on the back to select channel. 2.0 base stations have a curved front and no buttons. So if you order this and it's not working, make sure you actually got what you ordered!

No mount and cord is shorter
Like other reviews have stated there is no mount. You will have to buy a stand or mount separate. The cord is also a lot shorter (maybe about 5 feet) than the one that came with my Steam VR set. So plan accordingly. It is steamVR compatible. If this is your 3rd+ base station when you first start steamVR you may get notified that you need to change the channels on the base stations. The steamVR popup window will guide you through this process. If they add the mount and increase the length of the cord. I will raise it to 5 stars. This base station is $50 more than it is on the steam store (but at least it is available).edit: I had a mechanical failure under a year. HOWEVER vive replaced it for free and even has a recycling program for the old broken one. Because of this I am raising it to 5 stars for the time being (I will lower it back to 4 if this one dies under a year as well).

Works great, but only comes with the tracker and power brick
It tracks very well, and the included power cable seems like a reasonable length. I own a Valve version of the 2.0 station, and the HTC-produced versions seem identical aside from some different text on the back. For the price, though, you'd think they could toss in the three-dollar plastic wall mount.

Questionable Steam Policies / OverPriced
Like 90% of other reviewers, I was forced to spend the extra $50 for the same product with out a wall mount, so add another $15+ to get the same product you, should, be able to get from steam, but when there is only one manufacturer, they get to set the rules. That said this base station has been working as intended for the short time I've had it, it'll be interesting to see which last longer, Steam does a much better job of shipping these base stations.

iffy quality, missing parts, inferior parts, packaging is very sub-par
Mine were scratched up and didn't have the film to prevent it that others come with, and beyond that, these are about 30% overpriced compared to a number of other options, and offer fewer features. you get no wiring to plug them into your computer, and even the power cable is cheaper and angled sideways, resulting it unnecessary strain, even if it's less obstructive to other plugs than others would be. as the cherry on top, there's no mounting bracket, so if you get these, you'll also need one of those. it's a standard camera screw, I believe, but mine is still printing out (thank the fact that patents end for 3D printers, am I right?)I think it's supposed to be laser based, so I hope these scratches don't affect its accuracy.UPDATE: one was DOA. I suggest you look at a different one.
