There are heavier duty more robust security chains, but these are a good compromise of security over excessive weight. Left slightly Slack and above the ground surface is the best way of putting off a would be thief with an angle grinder. Nothing can be totally secure, but this is a practical product that isn't too heavy to carry around.

If you own a bicycle you have to get this. The length is perfect, even I chin two cycles. The lock function well. Its easy to roll along the cycle

Not really suitable for heavy duty expensive bikes the chain is very flimsy and weak it can be cut with bolt cutters.

Brilliant magnet, got car keys out of road drain no trouble, haven't used it for fishing though
