Good stuff
Looks like this is not available any more.A little goes a long way so I have time to look for more but, I just made the best chili I ever made using this product and am really upset it is not available.Originally,I bought this to make my own version of a salt free hot sauce.It is more potent than I thought it would be.It also was thinner than manufactured.So I added extra water and vinegar. Then heated the sauce and thickened the sauce.Makes the best Buffalo hot wings sauce I ever tasted.

Got this on the fly, the quality was perfect I only wish I would have bought several packages before supplies stopped. This is dried Tabasco Pepper and not a blend. Excellent!

I seriously doubt that this was Tabasco peppers at all.
The redish powder had no flavor or heat like a Tabasco pepper. I would rank it somewhere below the cheapest chili power you can buy. I purchased a pound for $28, I have envisioned making Tabasco sauce. But this was something I could not use.

Disappointed in this product.
I have grown, dried and ground Tobasco peppers for years. When I found this source, I realized it would take me a year to produce 8oz of driedPowder. This product does not taste like Tobasco and has very little heat.
