Q: It,s like elma rx cream

Emla is a combination of lidocaine 2.5% and prilocaine 2.5 %. LMX5 is 5% lidocaine. It worked for me. I apply it 1 hour before waxing and it minimizes pain by 90%

Q: Can i use this on microneedling? How long is the wait after applying on face?

Yes, I would apply at least 30 minutes to hour before your appointment. They will wipe your face before the application so you want it already numb. You test a spot before your appointment

Q: Does this item have a safety seal of any type? Reason I ask is I received my first tube and the box looked previously opened and the flap was missing.

I have a fresh tube, so I could check.. mine has a plastic shrink wrap over the top of the tube lid / top of tube, which you need to remove to open.

Q: Can you use on your head before a procedure

I use this product on my face prior to electrolysis, therefore it is safe to be used on the face. I would however ask my doctor or surgeon before using it in your specific situation.
