I took two a day for two weeks and then one a day after that. My vitamin D level went from 22 to 47 in 3 months. No side effects at all. The caplets are very small and easy to swallow. This is the most effective vitamin D supplement I have ever taken. I have used several other reputable brands of vitamin D and most barely raised my levels or caused them to decrease. I feel so much better.

Megagenics brand was recommended to me by my doctor after my vitamin D levels were not going up with brand I was using fromCostco.Well my levels definitely went up after I started this brand and are at a healthy level now. I take one a day to maintain my level. However in the past I took two for a month to bring up my levels faster. They are small and easy to swallow with no side effect even on an empty stomach. The quality is definitely there. I feel I have a more positive mood on them. I take these along with Megagenics vitamin B Glycogenics and have noticed an increase in energy.
