sound set up
Well what can I say had a vizio sound bar 2018 model was okbut I missed the 5.1 effects in movies I own or rented onlineI enjoyed the simplicity set upfor my bluray cable roku devicesthouroughly enjoy the eqalizerbuilt in.... makes old movies improvevoice tracks thanx to thedialog buttonI love the seperational effects per speaker like WOW 😊😊 highly impressedremote control is user friendlya joy to use...when switchingI highly reccomend this sound systemif you miss the true 5.1 effects in a movie Although dolby atmos works well verry limited access..but atmos sounds great when it happens

A review from an audiophile
The media could not be loaded. I consider myself an audiophile. I don't have a ton of money but I have invested in a nice Emotiva amplifier and pre-amp along with Klipsch Rf3 floorstanders for my main living room. This system is over $3000.I'm trying my best to review this Pioneer system which I got for my second living area without comparing it to a high end setup.With that said, it sounds nice, better for television and movies than for music.I've uploaded a video so you can hear a sample. It gets loud enough to have a small house party indoors.The setting have dialogue which is nice and works well. The subwoofer has its own setting along with a bass setting which controls the main speakers only. This is a nice feature.Bluetooth worked absolutely flawlessly with Sony phone.The build quality of everything feels excellent (even better than the sound quality).Everything looks very modern and sleek.The subwoofer is definitely the weakest link but I'm quite surprised of the depth it adds to the sound. It doesn't thump like my 12 inch Bic but it adds nice sound.I doubt the 870 watt claim, but it sounds good and gets pretty loud and that's what matters.Pioneer does make a good product and I expect this will last for a long time.Great surround sound for living room, I recommend it.

Love it!
It works great, I am bit deaf in one ear. I could not hear everything going on im before. Now I dont have to watch subtitles because i can hear all the words and sounds.

Not Bad
So this is my first home entertainment system & I had a techy friend help me set it up. Since I had help, everything went smoothly & it sounds great! Not bad for the price at all!
