HP Stream 7 Case - Poetic [Turtle Skin Series] - [Corner/Bumper Protection] [Grip] [Sound-Amplification] Protective Silicone Case for HP Stream 7 Black

I had my tablet for about 1-1/2 years and used just a cloth sleeve for protection, which worked fine until it fell from the recumbent bike I was riding at the gym and shattered the screen. Fortunately, I was able to get the tablet fixed and immediately looked for something to better protect it. I read of lot of the reviews of different cases and this one had the best protection reviews, including better than the official HP case. I would've liked one with a cover, but I can still squeeze this into my cloth case which covers the screen, even with the thick bumper all around. While I haven't tested it against dropping it, it will certainly offer better protection than what I had before. Short of dropping the tablet face down on a hard object smaller than the screen, I think this will be great.. I don't use the tablet for listening to music, so I can't vouch for others' claims that it enhances the sound (though I may have to try that). All of the buttons and cut-outs for camera are there. This is made specifically for the Stream 7 and fits perfectly!Update on 4/22/17I'm really glad I got this. It makes the tablet much easier to hold for reading. While it does add some some bulk to the tablet, the tradeoff of additional heft and grippyness is worth it. I still haven't dropped the tablet to test how much it protects it. Recommended!

This case is great. Nice, thick, and rubbery. Fits the Stream7 like a glove, without obstructing the screen, the camera, or the recharge and earphone ports. It feels good in the hand, is easy to hold, and offers very good protection against bumps and drops. I heartily recommend this to anyone with a Stream7 looking for a stylish, functional case.

Fits well and the corners are very protected with the extra padding. The feel is a bit too "grippy" for my taste. All and all a good product.

What a horrible case. This thing doubles the size of the tablet, and is so heavy that I thought it was loaded with lead shot when I first picked it up. If you want to dribble your tablet like a basketball, perhaps this would be a good choice.

Not a bad case, but does not have a tight fit. Very good protection from drops. Good for a child's tablet.

Was hoping after waiting for the preorder to arrive that it would rock my world. Sadly it did not the front facing camera is blocked by the case. The texture is really weird I thought it would be firm and smooth its all gritty feeling and really really squishy. Not the best I'm going back to the first one I bought sucks that they're aren't any really good cases for the stream 7

This was perfect for my 5 year olds Windows tablet!The best feature, besides the rubbery protection, is the way they pipe the sound towards the user. Originally the tablets speaker goes straight out the side and this case directs it via a duct built in so the sound comes out the front and ironically it has also made it louder by the nature of directing the sound forward towards the user. PERFECT!

Great case. Fits will and gives a better grip on the tablet. Does make the table bigger, but willing to sacrifice that for a much more comfortable grip. The sound does amplify and it even bounced when I accidentally dropped it, though I won't be doing that again anytime soon!
