Product is exactly as described and works fine. Black filter cap was damaged in transit but was immediately replaced by John in the customer service department.Easy install and the instructions are complete and easy to follow. Install diagrams in the instruction manual are first class.Excellent value and solid construction. Flow thru filter is good, no noticeable drop in pressure. Will be back in 100,000 gallons or so for filter replacement. Thank you, John for your help.

Filter housing is heavy duty and I like the two oring sealing on the side of the canister instead of on the top so you don't have to tighten the the housing so tight to seal. Mounting bracket is thicker than some also so it won't bend when servicing filter element.

Excellent product. Easy to install, so as long as you preplan the pipe route. This has improved the water quality and customer service is quick to respond if I have a question that needs to be resolved, specifically JOHN.I added an additional bone char filter to eliminate fluoride for the entire house and have two come to support this brand and have recently bout two shower head mineral filters and a reverse osmosis under the sink filter.Since having this product I only had one defect which would include a broken carbon filter which was most likely broken by the delivery driver but a quick email and a replacement was sent without any hassle.

I am a repeat customer. About 6 months ago, I purchased iSpring Model: WDS150K and it worked so well in breaking down the calcium that I am now purchasing this filter to eliminate the chlorine. Nick again provided exceptional service in finding the right filter for the type of city water we have in our area. Unfortunately, the item was damaged during shipping (those things happen). I called Nick and he took care of it without hesitation with a fast replacement. Great customer service.

The nipple in the bottom for the filter to set on snapped off. When i called ispring support, nick sent out a replacement very quickly. I'm pleased

I have to start by saying I got this as a supplement for my 3 stage unit I also bought. My water is super nasty so I wanted the extra filtering. So, why the 4 stars? Well, the bracket gets that star removal. It is not the same size as the 3 unit bracket. In other words, if you try to mount this, as I did, in line with the other unit you will find that the bracket sticks out to far. I had to remove the unit and remove the bracket and re-install the filter. It is now hanging in the universe. That seems fine since I used a brass connector. Other than that, this filter is perfect.BTW. This thing is H. U. G. E. So have the unit before you settle on a location. I think the measurement does not include the mount. You will love this, so please buy it with confidence. It is really nice to have much cleaner water. My eyes used to burn in the shower if I got water in them. Not any more. Amazing.

I wanted to remove the chlorine from my house so I installed a 3m whole house chlorine filter and I figured why not install a sediment filter to catch an large debris. Well, to my surprise that's what my ispring sediment filter looks like after 1 year! That's a ton of rust. I am now changing every 3-6 months as the filters are pretty reasonably priced. On my last filter change a small nipple that sits inside the housing snapped off... I called Isping customer service and spole to Nick who was super helpful! I emailed him a picture of the broken piece and my information. He quickly replied to my email with the tracking information for a new housing replacement. Awesome product and even better customer service! Thank you.
