Q: Do you hook the battery wire on the red space or the other side

My wire connectors are broke my grandbaby can't move or ride it she is crying because of the wires are broken i need a replacement parts or another one please thanks 🙏🏼

Q: Cant get this to charge not sure if im doing something wrong or if its defective. The instruction booklet isnt clear. How do you charge it?

First connect battery under the seat. Once done, all that is required is to plug the charging cord into the small charging port in front of the seat upright. Nothing lights up on the charger however.... I just let it charge for 12 hours.
