My kids received this trampoline as a Christmas present, and they love it! I was initially worried whether or not this trampoline would sustain their weight, but it has worked out perfectly. We have a 15 year old, 12 year old, and 9 year old, and they have all been on it at one time. And they love bouncing together, they thoroughly enjoy doing games together, and there's enough room for all of them to jump at the same time. It fits perfectly in the space that we have and it's giving my kids a lot of exercise and stress-relief. I, as an adult, have jumped on there with my kids and have enjoyed it as well. The only thing I would say is that the instructions have pictures, but no written instructions. So you have to be a little intuitive when putting things together. Make sure to look at a pictue of the finished product before you work through the instructions so you know what to expect next.

It’s way more fun for the kids than we imagined. I have a 9 YO boy snd a 6 YO girl. They go together and have lots of fun. It’s a bit tight for two of them so they can’t go all out when together, but plenty of room for my son when he is by himself. For the price it’s hard to beat. The assembly was pretty easy - a bit long but not complicated.

I liked everything about the product's looks and performance. However, concerning the assembly, the picture instructions were fairly sufficient until we got to the installation of the horizontal rods at the bottom of the safety netting. There are no written instructions, and the pictures were not enough. That's the only reason that I don't give this a 5 star rating.

The springs and mat are good but the netting is terrible. My kids hate the netting because it cuts into the jumping space significantly. We can't take it off because the brackets for the net poles are super sharp and exposed when the net poles aren't there. The odd upper pole assembly for the net is super awkward and constantly out of place/shape. The elastic straps to tie the bottom of the net down have fallen apart. The net poles are made out of cheap metal. I regret buying this trampoline.

My advice: Research trampoline brands and buy from a brick and mortar store.We ordered this in early May and got it sooner than expected which was the one star in this reveiw. Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there. The jumping pad and the spring protector pad did not fit the frame. There is not a customer service phone number to call. I found a phone number on the return label, but alas it does not work, I get a few rings then a busy signal. It is so frustrating to buy something from these unknown brands/manufacturers and normally I wouldn't but because of COVID we were ecstatic to get something so soon. But the price paid is no trampoline afterall. I sent a message via Amazon to the seller, hoping to get replacement parts or a full replacement so I will update my review.

Trampoline is great! We set it up in our house and it’s not loud and obnoxious like other trampolines. Super satisfied with the value for money. Trampoline thickness is high quality. Easy to assemble and kids love it.

Easy to assemble. Struggled a bit with safety net but emailed and was sent a new instruction manual and was able to get it. My daughter is 12.5 and loves it.

Got this for my 3 boys ages 6, 3, and 1. One box seemed to come used with pieces that were completely scuffed up and parts that were floating around in the box (currently missing one of the connectors to net and have contacted the seller, still waiting for a response). The green pad has a permanent circle imprinted on it, superficial but annoying because it’s supposed to be new. Otherwise it has some pretty cool features. I like the way the net threads through the bottom to secure it down, jumps pretty well, large enough for multiple children but not so big to take up the whole yard. The net is a pain to set up, but they always are. Easier to set up with two people. Hours of fun regardless of the superficial issues.
