I bought this as I am going to start a brow business. Started practicing with the machine today and it works pretty good. I’ll update once I actually use it on a person :)

I bought the silver pen that came with the 10 piece cartridge needles and none of them fit...Other than that the pen seems to work the way it is advertised just have to order different cartridge needles

Absolutely love it!I started doing my own microblading/shading because when I got it done "professionally" she messed me up something terrible! Turned out, she had all negative reviews deleted from Yelp to make her rep look solid 🤨 Anyhow, I've been doing my own eyebrows seamlessly for over 2 decades so I'm very comfortable with shaping, shading, etc. Rather than practice on latex or bananas 😄 I just started practicing on me. Then my mom lol! First time ever using a PMU machine and it's not hard to figure out. I would like to add that I'm also in a microblading for beginners FB group... super helpful tips & tricks in there!If you're not a perfectionist then I suggest you start with a PMU class first 🙂

This pen is a MUST BUY!!!!! It’s wireless the cartridge is attached to the needle so you don’t have to constantly poke your self replacing your needle... the pigment holds to the needle well I mean I have nothing bad to say about this pen.. this is the second one I bought and I can practice and use on a actual client! I am very comfortable and confident while using this pen.....

This machine is awesome. It’s exactly like the Zenus, just without the laser engraved label. To use on microblading/shading clients, be sure to use membrane cartridges and only dip the needle in the ink, don’t dip the tip of the cartridge in the ink or you will cause back flow into the machine. I ordered an extra backup battery pack, 1rl & 5 shader membrane cartridges. The results using this machine are phenomenal.

Great for ombré powder brows!

I ordered this machine on July 13, 2020 and had to use my backup machine yesterday while I had a client because the pin in side of the machine is no longer pushing my needles out. I wasted 3 needles thinking they were defective, but it was my machine. My coworker also purchased this machine a few months ago due to the wireless quality, but hers stopped pushing her needles out within the first week! Also, beware of the weight of this machine. The battery attachment makes this machine very top heavy and it is difficult to use consistent pressure and motions throughout the service. I will definitely not be repurchasing this product and I would love a refund if applicable so I can put $100 towards a higher quality product.

I love these for powder brows. Absolutely deliver great saturation with less time. Only 1 out of the box jammed and that could potentially have been user error. I would like to buy them in bulk.

Not to say all other reviews are not genuine but I have bought this Machine FOUR Times for myself and my Trainees. I’ve been a PMU Artist for over 3yrs now and used several machines, This one is by far MY FAVOURITE one. I honestly don’t even care about the needles in the package bcos I buy bulk 1RL needles from Aliexpress, since I do lots of work (2 clients a day- 6 days a week) and this machine DOES NOT FAIL ME once. And to my students, I give them lots of needles regardless of what the machine comes with too. However I’ve tried the needles in the pack once when I ran out of needle and it WORKED great.I only needed to adjust the setting a bit differently to what I was comfortable working with, but it did the job nicely.I have NEVER used the battery more than 2-3 times during training so I wouldn’t know how long it last but during my 2-4 hours of use each time, it WORKED WELL with same vibration I’ll expect from direct power.

The machine is defective. The needle doesn’t come out or come 0.25 mm at max setting so can’t be used for tattoo. It’s supposed to come out up to 2.5 mm needle length. I tried 5 needle catridge, and only 1 works and 4 needles is defective. I’m returning it...waste of time.

The media could not be loaded.  One thing : I didn’t see how much battery left , so you never know when you need to recharge . The other is good

This machine is perfect. Nice weight, doesn't vibrate and easy to use. It was much easier than I expected and I am impressed. It was easy to transfer ink and control.

Good weight but does not fit the cartridges the sell on their page!!! I bought the pen just to go with their cartridges but doesn’t even fit!! What a waste of time and money.
