DisguiseMen's Full Plush Elmo Prestige Adult Costume

Great costume. Kids loved it but the face is very sheer so we had to wear a black ski mask underneath. Also I ordered an XL and the tallest someone could be was 5’10 to fit and on the lean side.

This was a little short for my husband (he’s about 6’2), but it still made wonderdul impression at my 2 year old daughter’s birthday. All the kids LOVED seeing a giant Elmo. It’s been a whole year since her birthday and she still talk about when Elmo came to visit. We will be using it again for her 3rd birthday this year.

The fit for me (6' 235lbs) was way too short and a little too tight. I could put it on, but it was like wearing high water pants and left very little to the imagination. My wife and I sewed some extra, reasonably matching material to make it look a little more "Elmo-like" while I was wearing it.The face hole, as you can kind of tell by the picture of the product, is a thin fabric. You can see the face behind it. Ruins the illusion if you ask me for the kid to be able to see dad inside the Elmo. So I wore a black face mask under the head. The problem here then becomes, with the head in the proper position (i.e. Elmo's eyes are not looking at the ceiling) and the head positioned so you can't see the neck inside it, the costume wearer is blind. I needed to be guided around. For a short appearance in my kitchen, this worked out fine. I wouldn't expect to get good, seamless results if you needed to see to walk around a yard or park. Maybe a smaller person would have better luck with this.As it was, for my two year old's birthday, it worked well. She was terrified by the giant Elmo, but that's kids. The other kids at the party seemed to think it was cool. They liked my "happy happy dance dance" moves.Keep learning. Elmo loves you.

The costume was fun and fit as expected. The main reason I'm giving it a one-star is that the head of the costume would not fit and has a tilt. The only way it would stand-up is if you held your head down which is near impossible if you want to walk straight.

When Elmo first arrived everyone was so impressed! He looked great coming up the driveway! The birthday boy (3) was so happy! We bought a ski mask and red fluffy gloves to top it off.(The only issue was the size! - not one man at the party fit in the costume but a woman 5’5 medium build had lots of extra room!)Well worth it!

The media could not be loaded. For being under $100 this is a great buy! Ordered this for my daughter’s second birthday party that’s Sesame Street theme. Professional mascot costumes are $200+ and renting someone to come to your party is $150+ so we settled on this costume and I’m so glad we did! I suggest adding a black ski mask underneath the head because the part for you to see/breath is VERY sheer, also pair it with red gloves and red shoe covers for a more high quality look. the woman wearing this is 160lbs and 5’7 We are planning to keep this in the family for any parties in the future.

I am 5'10 240 and the suit is a right fit but it does fit, I normally wear a size 46 suit jacket. My son loves it. It's a good costume just wish it came with hands.
