For the money, this olive oil is great. All sorts and types of cooking. Sauteed, dressings, baking, etc.....this oil is great.

My family has used this for as long as I can remember. We make pickled mushrooms and always use this, one time we couldn't get it , had to use something else, did not taste as good. Recommend this very highly, as part of salad dressing or to cook with.

Considering the fact that this imported oil cost is lower than the very high end imported brands it has an excellent taste. My Italian American family has been using Phillipo Berio for many years --- never disappoints.
