Poor quality fans, Motors Burn Out Quickly and Warranty Claims Denied
***Generally Anchor products are good, nice, value for money, and durable, but Avoid this Anchor Fan, Motors Burn Out Quickly and Warranty Claims Denied***I bought two exhaust fans, but both motors burned out after just a few months. Since they come with a 24-month warranty, I called customer care to get them fixed. When the technician came, he said they couldn’t honor the warranty because there were no serial number labels on the fans. I remember there were no serial number labels on the fans when they arrived.It’s really puzzling and makes me question whether they are selling genuine products. I feel cheated and would advise others to avoid this product.A brand like Anchor should engrave their serial numbers on the body of the product to avoid such issues.
