Easy to program. The handsets are a good size and weight, not flimsy. Sound volume can be adjusted and does help for impaired hearing. Really like the option to block specific phone numbers. However, an incoming call from a blocked number does ring once before the call is blocked. I wish there was a way for the block to occur before any ring sounded.

I have used the Panasonic phones for many years, and never had an issue with any of them. This system offers an extra phone, which we finally decided we could use. It has good range, and although I did get the range extender for the unit, I have not even used, nor needed it for around the house and yard (a large one). I have only had them for a month or so, but again, an improvement over an already good system. I do and have always recommended Panasonic phones to my friends.

One of the phones stop working within 2 weeks, calling the manufacturer customer service was useless.. would not recommend or buy any of their product.

Though there was a bit of a learning curve when it came to disabling certain features that I didn't like or want to use (specifically, the talking caller ID and the answering machine transmitting a message while it's being recorded to all of the handsets), this phone system has good physical and sound qualities. I particularly like that I can turn off the ringer on any of the handsets, a feature that wasn't available on our old cordless phone system. Overall, I definitely recommend this, whether it's for a small office or especially for home use.
