Samsung VU7000 Motion Sync Bagless Upright Vacuum with Fully Detachable Handheld (Renewed)

I clean houses for a living and this is by far the Best vacuum I have ever used!! It is a little heavier than I’d like for it to be and although it doesn’t come with many different attachments...It does do things that others (which some are lighter and have all kinds of attachments) don’t and that is that it has a wand, the wand has its own filter, it swivels, it’s easy to clean, I think, it suctions so well that you can get stuff with this vacuum that you can’t get with others, you don’t have to adjust a dial from carpet to hard floor, it’s more narrow than some so it’s easier to get into tighter spaces and it shuts off the spin inning wheel if you’ve caught something in it that could break it and you just get it out and hit reset. I have even used a dyson and the one I used I didn’t like near as much. Just my experience/opinion. I totally give this 5 ⭐️‘s

There is something I don't like about this model that I can't quite put my finger on, but It works great and I love the stick vac feature. You can also use on hard surfaces which is a plus!

I want to like this vacuum, I really do. Fingers crossed but so far, I'm wary. I fully understood that I was purchasing a refurbished vacuum, but that's how I've gotten deals on a lot of items I own, so I didn't think this would be any different. It came in today and I have to say, the vacuum packaging was so torn up and busted that I honestly didn't think the vacuum itself was going to work. I still took it out and put it all together. There is absolutely zero paperwork, no manual, and no extra attachments although the packaging indicates differently. I got it plugged in and attempted to give it a whirl in my living room. I have primarily hardwood floors, but I also have several rugs. Took less than 2min and my wood floors look great. HOWEVER, I absolutely cannot push it across the rugs. I tried turning on the brush bar, but it immediately locked up and since I have no manual, I've spent the last 15min looking one up. There is a reset button for the brush bar, but it locks up EVERY SINGLE TIME I turn it on. My rugs are not shaggy AT ALL. Frustrating. The handheld attachment has absolutely no suction. I was excited to finally be able to properly clean the stairs in my house, but nope. Looks like I will still be sweeping them. If you have $200 to spend and desperately need a vacuum, this isn't a terrible route to go. I'm glad I didn't pay $450 for it.

This vacuum is difficult to clean. It gets jammed up all the time. The brush roller assembly stopped working and samsung will not honor the 5 year warranty. Do not buy samsung anything except TVS.

It arrived in perfect condition, but once assembled it felt heavy and very plastic like. Wheels were not adequate. I returned it! Thank you Amazon Prime.

I have this vacuum and hate it. It is difficult for me to navigate and hard to turn the brushes off when on the bare floor. The attachment may be a clever idea but is difficult to pull out of the vacuum.

Missing all of the attachments that normally come with the vacuum. I don't know if it supposed to come with it or not. In the manual it shows that there is clearly a bunch of attachment to missing.
