Fits and works
The blower motor is relatively easy to replace. There is a black cover that is attached to the underside of the console with thee 7mm screws. You can only get to two of them easily. The third one is tucked away at the back. I ended up not getting to it and was able to replace without removing the entire cover. Just pivot the cover towards the back of the car after removing the two screws and you will have enough clearance to remove the fan. There is a little black tab pointing towards the drivers side that you bend down to unlock the fan assembly and the twist it clock wise to remove. If you have the original from factory it has a dent pipe to cool the fan motor. You do not need to remove it from the fan assembly to get the assembly out. Just bend it a little and it will pop out. Unhook the wire connector. Then installation is the reverse. This unit has a built in motor cooling bypass so it’ll look a little different.Mine was chirping and now with the new one no more chirping. The airflow seems to be about the same. I did not if it was better or worse compared to the factory.Time will tell if this lasts or not. But it fit and it works with no issues so far.

Know which one you need
It worked but didn't fit. Make sure to check if you have the right one for your year and cab style.

Recirculation loop missing
Part was easy to install and is working well. Note my OEM blower had a recirc loop on it that this part did not have. It wasn’t an issue just deleted the loop and installed the blower. Again working well

Buyer beware
This product is not bad.However it's missing a key component for a cooling valve to go into the motor for the fan so now you have an open hole in your vehicle. That's letting out extra air, because it does not have thatflow channel. On speed below level three, the fan seems to be doing nothing
