This review is in part for the A3 and also for the standard GenuTrain knee support. I bought both the A3 for right knee and the standard support which is interchangeable, both in the same size. The A3 flexed outward around my knee and didn't feel very supportive around my knee, probably because there are more metal stays around the knee which bend outward, and maybe because it is more bulky. The standard GenuTrain was excellent - great compression, comfortable, less expensive, and stays in place. I have used it hiking in the Rocky Mountains and it is the best knee support I've ever had. My knee is bone-on-bone on the medial side and is a candidate for replacement, but I'm hopeful this support will help add years before I finally give in to surgery.

Fits well. Stays in place. Relieves a lot of the pain. Stabilizes knee very well. Very satisfied

I have bilateral knee osteoarthritis and tried various kinds of knee braces. This product is advertised that it provides a "support", but it's more likely to be a restriction, not a support. I think some brace is beneficial as aspect of compression or heat. This item doesn't help neither of the benefit. The price is ridiculous as well.Customer service is terrible. In general luxury brand is more responsive to customer's call. This fancy bracing company is not the case. I returned the item two weeks ago, the status is still "refund requested". Sent several inquiries, no replies.

Really expensive but high quality. Fits good and is very comfortable. Good support for a torn meniscus and torn ligaments. I can put weight on my leg and walk without any pain. High quality.

Have to have total knee replacement in Dec. 2023 or Jan.2024. Suggested by Dr. as a ‘crutch’ for pre-surgery. He says they’re very good products. Works so well I was thinking I don’t need the surgery! However, my condition is bone on bone , so…. The inevitable is approaching. This brace is excellent! Make sure to follow the size instructions. Expensive but WELL worth it!I’m skeptical about slip on orthopedic support items but this one is superb.

I have advanced OA in both knees and have been having trouble walking because it hurts so much---especially after sitting for a time and then standing and trying to take that first step? Excruciating!! These knee braces have helped SO MUCH! I can stand and walk and not hobble as I have for the last few months. They will definitely hold me over until my appointment with the surgeon. They do cost more....and are well worth it.

Fit process was easy and precise. Knee feels great during workouts.
