For the price this mattress pad is beautiful and has a nice loft. Heavier than I expected, fit perfectly.

I’m at a long term rental with a very hard bed. I was skeptical that this would provide a layer of cushion on such a hard bed. I can honestly say it’s been great from day one. I’m having great sleep. The box stitches keep the stuffing in place and it’s very easy to re-fluff. Great value for the $. Would buy again

I bought this in January of 2023 in an attempt to improve my sleep for the new year with a more comfortable bed.The topper came vacuum sealed. I was surprised with how much it inflated upon opening. As with all down or down alternative toppers, some fluffing in the dry was needed to get it to peak expansion. Didn't notice any smells, looked high quality and brand new/clean.It is like adding a blanket as another reviewer said, except a very very fluffy and dense one. Down/down alternative is never going to be all that dense and will always compress with use but this was surprisingly thick. Did it get to the advertises 3 inches? I don't know I didn't measure, but it was thick and heavy enough that it was annoying to carry back to my bedroom.However, it was extremely hot. The moment I lied down the test it out, my body heat noticably started rising. When I turned to my side, the heat was lessened. When I turned to my stomach, the heat was back. I assume this is because my body sunk down into the topper so it was insulating my body heat back on to me and covering more surface area than if I was more "on top" of my mattress so I got less of my body cooled by airflows.My back (especially lower back) immediately started hurting as well. I have a history of sciatica so this was a no go for me. However, on my side or stomach, that wasn't an issue. I don't usually sleep on my back but I do when I'm sick sometimes so I wanted the option.This could be a great topper for someone who gets cold easily and sleeps on their stomach or side. I removed it and will be trying a memory foam topper from Lucid which seems more comfortable and cool when I tested it. Ironically, I'd been looking for a down alternative topper because I heard memory foam slept very hot.I might update if I try this one again or if the memory foam one sucks too.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Busted one of the corner loops right away but could have been less aggressive maybe. Sewed back just fine tho.

I love it. It took a lot of searching to get the kind with elastic straps. My old one is a lot thinner so i decided to get a new one.I’m thrilled with this one.I may order a backup now while they are still in stock.If you are a stomach sleeper, this may not work for you.

Mattress topper went flat after one night sleeping on it. Would never buy another one.
