Haven't ever used one like this before and got tempted to try it out. Really enjoyed stroker. Nice sensations on the inside, it grips the penis well (in my case as least!) and the fact it looks realistic is a very nice touch. The bullet vibrator is included in box, but it could probably accommodate a different one if want to.Because it comes coated in a powder to keep it fresh, you do need to give it a really good washing/cleaning beforehand.
