I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product. I read the Amazon reviews and didn’t entirely believe them. My hair had been thinning for about 3 months to the point my scalp was visible. I found myself arranging what hair I had left in effort to conceal how thin my hair had become. My hair thinning is a rare side effect of a medication I am taking. Lucky me! I had read reviews of the hair loss issue with this medication on Reddit and Quora. Several commenters recommended this product saying it worked and some of them showed before and after pics. Worth a try, I reasoned. Well let me tell you, it does work! My hair is growing again. It’s been about six weeks and it is noticeable. I was worried I was going to have permanent hair thinning, but this supplement kick started the hair growth phase back into working order. Please don’t hesitate to purchase these supplements. You won’t be dissapointed.

Like most vitamins, it’s hard to know if they’re “working.” I definitely think my nails grow faster/stronger on this product, which indicates that it’s probably doing something to my hair. They’re a bit tedious because you have to take so many but I’m ok with it if they do what they say they do. So far so good I guess.

I started taking these because my hair was thinning and just felt dry. I didn’t think it would work so I didn’t tell anyone I was even trying it. They’re a vitamin so I just tossed them in with the rest of my vitamins. 8 weeks later I’m getting my hair cut and my stylist kept asking casual questions like…have you changed your diet, using a new hair product, what’s different in your life?
