DEWALTDT4535-QZ Brad point wood drill bit Set (5 Piece)

I do a lot of wood working , Need different Size wood. Thicknees- 1/2 &3/8 & 3/4 ETC

I order two. Both are bent. Too bad I waited too long to test them. Now it is too late to get a refund.I use these for precision holes...thus unusable. $30 down the drain! This must not be a true Dewalt product.

the only drill bit I EVER tried to use that was not straight!!! Wasted an entire day and at the end of the day, I'm now in a position where I have to repeat the entire days work, start from scratch, as the drill bit did not cut 16mm holes, which is all its supposed to do! I even took it down to my local machine shop to have it checked, and received confirmation; NO GOOD! I need a refund! Recommend everyone stay away from this product.

I received this today. The bit has reduced shank which was neither shown in pic nor mentioned in description. I am not sure it will work in my application but just wanted to make others aware. It appears to be reduced to 10mm in dia and 30mm long.

Item received was not dewalt brand. I have a lot of dewalt drill bits and this is a cheap knockoff. I opened the package and put it in my perfectly square drill press to see the bit was cracked as well as not straight. See photo.

Worked fine, was sharp enough for the wood I used it for so happy enough with it as it was reasonably priced.

These seem to be reasonable quality but the brad point isn't perfectly centred so the hole is slightly larger than the nominal size at the point of entry. This also makes the drill wobble.
