Does everything needed.
Works well with my a6700, does everything I need it to whilst being in a small enough form factor to be able to hide in my hand when taking pictures of myself from afar!

Makes photography convenient
Initiating the camera's shutter remotely might seem like a minor detail, but the convenience is rather extraordinary. I found it liberating to be able to snap pictures from a distance, without having to touch the camera. No need to fret about shaking the camera during a long exposure or missing out on a group photoDistance isn't an issue; I've tested it well over nine meters without issue. Being direction-agnostic is another fine attribute; no need to point it like a TV remote. Whether your camera is perched on a tripod or balanced precariously on a stack of books, this remote has got you covered. The device handles more than just taking pictures. If your hands are busy, or you'd rather be in the frame than behind the camera, it's perfect. I found it easy to switch between immediate release and 2-second delay, which adds a touch of flexibility. The zooming function was absent for me as my lens didn’t support the feature. That could be a drawback if zoom is a priority for you. Setting it up took no more than a few minutes, including a quick adjustment on my camera settings. Definitely facilitates creativity and convenience in photography.

Excellent
Really happy with the cute little remote control. It feels nice in hand and does what it is supposed to do.It works well with my A7 iii. Enable the Bluetooth function and remote control in the camera network settings and press the shutter button and + button together for 7 seconds and the remote gets paired very quickly. Then it works seamlessly. The shutter button also has a half-press functionality, which helps refocus before taking the photo. Overall very happy with the remote. Would recommend.

Convenient but Lags Behind for Fast Action
The AODELAN Wireless Remote Control Camera Shutter is a decent, budget-friendly option for basic wireless shooting. However, if you’re shooting fast action, such as wildlife or sports, the lag time could be a dealbreaker. For hobbyists or those just getting into remote shooting, it’s a convenient and affordable choice, but for more serious or professional use, I’d recommend investing in a higher-end remote that offers faster response and more durability.
