serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows, Set of 2

Ordered 2 Serta Gel Memory Foam pillow and I think I received already used pillows or something these are the worst pillows ever they are flat and not cooling gel at all came wrapped in plastic wrap over two weeks late not as seen in the picture my advice do not order from this company

This item is not cooling at all. Very warm, actually!

Ok so I have never owned a cooling pillow before so I wasn't really sure what to expect. However I did expect the pillow to be somewhat cool to the touch as I slept on it. Even if it didn't last long (for months or so) I figured being a new pillow it would be somewhat cool. Sadly that was not the case as far as cooling is concerned. The pillow is a bit lumpy to me when I expected to be a foam like material. It is very supportive and will do for now but ultimately I think I will continue to shop for a pillow that is cool to the touch while I sleep.

I was expecting pillows like the ones shown in the picture-solid foam shown with the hands leaving the impression. These are chunks of foam pieces. It is one day before Christmas Eve so I will probably need to still gift, but it wasn't what I wanted the receiver to get. The price is cheap, but I also got cheap solid foam memory pillows before and they are WONDERFUL. These may be too, just not what I expected when I ordered.

Went flat quite fast. When I tried to fluff it, it got very lumpy. Also, cooling? Not really.

The product flattened out immediately and did not support as described. Upon getting an approval for a return I then found out the buyer is responsible for the return shipment costs. The time and cost to return is not worth the trouble so I cancelled the return and will put the pillows in storage. Make sure if you order get Prime shipping with its good return policy.

As other posters stated, near immediately(2 or 3 nights), pillow became compressed. It does not decompress or rebound. They have compressed further after 1 month. I have 1 pillow as is, the other I have attempted to "fluff" lol. 8 or 10 times so far. The internal "memory" foam crumbles will seperate if you work diligently to shake and pull the case from multiple angles, which helps. But the foam crumbles never reinflate. It makes for a VERY EXTREMELY stiff pillow.

Bought two of these pillows in Florida whole on vacation. They remind me of the pillows I had as a child. The inside is cut up foam. These are my favorite pillows. I had to buy two more as I have had the others for about 4 years.
