Q: Has anyone had a good experience with this receiver with Apple Air Play?

Yes, I use Air Play all the time, generally with Rdio. It's super simple: just choose the audio destination icon from the app and the receiver will stop what it is doing and start playing the Air Play stream. The video output will show artist/title and album art. Volume control in the app changes the receiver's volume, and the receiver's remote allows you to skip tracks. Range does not seem to be an issue but I don't try and take the iPhone into a different room from the one the receiver is located in, though since it's wifi I don't know why that would matter. Overall it feels like a tightly integrated experience.

Q: Does this AVR support MLH, HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2?

Only HDMI 2.0. For HDCP 2.2 encrypted video, you'll need to purchase a dual HDMI 2.0/HDCP 2.2 BDP (available fall 2015) and pass the HDCP 2.2 video to the 4k/HDCP 2.2 TV and the HD audio to the AVR. Q: Can you play Airplay in both zones at the same time?

Yes, this is possible as it will occur by default as initially the main zone will be "hijacked" and play Airplay as well until selected for Zone 2. Q: I did the test on my remote control using my phone and no light emitted from the remote. It doesn't work. How can it be repaired and where?

I'm not sure if you can test a remote that way. . Maybe you can. Either the remote is defective or the receiver remote control section is the issue. If you get a new remote or a universal one, you could try and see isolate which is the issue. Google for Marantz authorized dealers and you can ask them. Not ideal, but if you have a smartphone, you can use an app as a soft remote.
