Best looking at the best price

This will be my 10th Black mirror unit install and 25th mini split from innovair. All of the units have been flawless no issues whatsoever. The company that sells them are great to work with and respond in a reasonable amount of time to any issues I may have.

Very good product for the price.

Unit arrived very quickly. All parts were as listed. Installed system myself and had no problems with the 2 units I ordered. Will be buying a 3 rd unit soon. Only complaint I have is directions are lacking and I can't figure out if the remote has the follow remote mode for room temp and I thought the inside unit had swing for up/down and side to side, only has up/down.

Died within a few years

It stopped working after 3 years and also leaked close to a pound of Freon per year. Repair parts cost as much as a new one.

Easy to install, quiet and works very well, wifi a pleasant surprise!

I spent a lot of time looking at units for our garage, this unit is great! Very easy install and good instructions. The only thing you do need to be aware of is there are two valves to make sure are open once it is hooked up.The unit is quiet too.Only down side is display is in Celsius.

A complete PITA to install

The instructions are a pain to follow and the wiring diagram isn't very clear and there is nowhere I could find online to clear anything up. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!
