Bit to powerful a rosemary taste for me
I bought these to try as an alternative in a sausage casserole I found the Rosemary just too strong for my taste. Maybe rather than use the whole sausage next time I will dice it and try a spice to counter balance it. I love Linda McCartney products in this case it's just pure personal taste.

Very tasty
These are the tastiest vegan/vegetarian sausages I’ve eaten. Others dont have much taste. Highly recommended

Don't over cook them
I tend to stock up on these when they are on special offer, a draw full in the freezer.Great for Slimming World as they are syn free!!! I can eat these for breakfast (cooked), dinner (sausage/mash/gravy/veg), tea (sausage and swede casserole).I tend to put three boxes of these in the over at the same time, same tray. Save energy by only using the oven once. They last for a few days in the fridge so I can help myself to them when and as needed.I would say to be careful about how long you cook them for, there seems to be a moment where they go from lovely and juicy to over-done, burnt and dry (fine for casseroles lol).
