Q: Does this collar come with the cover as well or is this just for the colored cover?

Hi, Thanks for checking out an item we offer within our Amazon store. These collars come just as you see them in the picture and they include the hardware to attach them to almost any shoulder pads. The cover comes in navy, royal, green, black, gold/yellow, red, maroon, and purple. A few of the colors we are out of, but will have more in the next few days. Holes on shoulder pads don't line up with Butterfly Restrictor

I like the quality and sturdiness of it but the holes didn't line up shoulder pads. Had to improvise and use zip ties.
