Q: Are these reusable? Like can I wash the print off and reuse the sheet to print another design?

No. I would not advise. It has a waterproofing that the print adheres to. That would wash off. You would not be able to print on it. I have used paint and sharpie on the shiny side, but printer ink does not adhere

Q: Can i use these to sublimation on T shirts ?

I dont think you can use heat on it, but I'm not 100% sure.

Q: can you use this for scrapbooking?

If you are looking for the frosted paper velium, this is not it. This is a clear plastic sheet. It would be easy to cut and could probably be cut with scrapbook cutters too.

Q: is this for floting picture?

I use this for a floating picture in ornaments.
