Bought this last year to replace my worn out brad nailer. Wanted to wait to rate until a had some hours on this new nailer. So far, so good. Has plenty of power to drive through 1" rough cut semi-wet millwood and into another of the same. You can adjust driving pressure with your compressor settings. Price was right. Remember to oil as needed and wear your PPE!

I leave feed back very infrequently, these folks are deserving though. Had the tool for almost 2 years, ran 10-12K fasteners thru it. Worked very well. Then the trigger broke, I thought what the heck call customer service (2 year warranty). Made the call explained the problem. No jumping through hoops ,no questions about coverage. Just give me you address we will send you a replacement. Unexpected in this day and age, but great. Follow up communications were also very good . A pleasant suprise

The tool performs exceptionally well, making quick work of trim installation, baseboards, and crown molding projects around the house.While I did encounter a minor issue initially, NEU MASTER's customer service impressed me greatly. I reached out to them directly, and they resolved the problem quickly, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.Given its performance and the company's excellent support, I recommend this pneumatic nailer to others in need of a reliable and well-backed tool.

I hate to use the word cheap to define this Nailer/Stapler. I will definitely use the word extremely affordable. Taking that into consideration and I have used it three times since receiving it, I have only had some very very very minor malfunctions/inconveniences. Basically not being able to see when you run out of Staples or nails and the more significant one is the little actuator for the trigger is not real Stout so it can become misaligned with the trigger and that is part of what you get for 8:34 piece of equipment you that the name brands sell for between $90 and $115 depending on the sale and the name brand and where you purchase it.Taking all of that into consideration this is an AWESOME piece of equipment and in the three times I have used it as done everything I asked it to do from 2-in finish nails or Brad's to a couple hundred 1&5/8" narrow Crown Staples without a single stuck staple or misfire or staple that was not set correctly or "countersunk" for lack of a better term.This comes with a nice little case and some 1-in brads, some 2-in brads, and some narrow crown staples as well as light lubricating oil.So, if you are doing simple homeowner jobs around the house, not commercial use, this will do the job for you at a price that is easy on the pocketbook and do the job adequately.

Neat little nail gun. Nice carrying case. Comes with a bunch of nails and staples right out of the box.Works pretty good, on soft wood. It lacks a little needed extra punch on hard wood with 1-1/4" nails.The customer support is absolutely amazing! Very responsive. If you run into an issue, they will help you fix the problem swiftly! They will truly go above and beyond.VERY IMPORTANT: Read the instructions on how to feed the nails!Do **not** insert the nails in tiny the **slot**. That slot is for the staples only. You should let the nails rest so you see the whole strip of nails, then close the mag. I learned my lesson. I've made that mistake once and the nails fell thru the tiny slot and it was a real mess to clean up...

Good little nailgun for trim carpet etc. Just keep it oiled.
