This product is better than I expected. And very easy to use. It cleaned the side of my house where there was some buildup. This solution and a cleaning brush was just as effective as power washing.

I used this item to take the mold off my vinyl siding and it worked. I had to leave it on longer than the instructions recommended but it worked. Price wise I would purchase again!

So I should have read the product info mor carefully. This stuff has bleach which would not bother me so much if it were not fo were I planned to use it. Ended up trying it on another area just to see if it worked and was worth the risk. Did NOTHING. The stuff I use to use, before it was discontinued, was a spray on let dry and the weather did the rest. This new stuff says not to let it dry before rinsing it off. If doing a large area in warm weather that is impossible. Not worth it.

Products works as described. Very please with results of the removal of mildew etc from siding; however, this also bleached the faux stone siding on my house as well! If I would have known this I would have been more careful with the over spray. Disappointed in product with that in mind.

Works great on Florida Stucco.. Powerful

I have bought this product before from Amazon. It worked fine on my old house and worked fine on my newer house I have now. It is really powerful and the cost is more than fair.
