The rubber in the inside would collect burn dirt and change color. It’s annoying. It does a great job at straightening my hair.

Have the mini version, and wanted something for home use. I love this iron! I needed something that I could use often that wouldn't damage my hair. I really like how shiny it makes it, I don't even use a shine spray anymore. Haven't mastered the curling yet, but it seems easy enough with a little practice.
