Pro-Level Results Without the Pro-Level Price — Forgiving and Impressive Vinyl for DIY Stylists
I used the VViViD+ Ultra Gloss Piano Black vinyl to eliminate the chrome trim on my 2019 BMW 330i, and the transformation exceeded expectations. The gloss level is nearly identical to the factory door pillar finish, creating a seamless, unified look that feels OEM. It completely changed the car’s profile—stealthier, sportier, and way more purposeful.Installation was refreshingly doable, even if you're new to wrap work. The film handled curves and corners with grace, and the air-release channels minimized bubbles and frustration. It held tack well while still allowing repositioning, which gave me confidence to get clean lines without panic. Add a heat gun and a little patience, and you'll walk away feeling like a pro.Durability has been great so far—weather exposure hasn’t affected adhesion or finish, and the protective layer helped avoid swirl marks during install.I’m pairing the blackout base with Smurf Blue accents on the rocker panels, lower air intakes, and possibly a bold stripe down the hood. The contrast is going to pop, and this wrap laid the perfect foundation. For the quality and finish, the price is surprisingly fair—especially if you're experimenting or building confidence with DIY vinyl applications.Photo included shows the trim blackout in natural lighting—gloss blends smoothly with OEM finish

Quality Product, Mega Gloss, Easy Install
First we are total noobs, only experience is watching Youtube videos. This product does have a protective top film, which we left on while laying the product down only removing it once we got to the finishing stages. This was added to a shaped hood, and we did not do any of that crazy stretching you see so often on Youtube videos. Literally started in the middle with those cloth covered squeegee's and worked the air out to the sides as we moved down the hood. It laid down beautifully and only required heat once we got to the bottom of the 86 degree corner in the hood...and very little heat at that.Once we removed the top protective film the mega gloss was amazing...this is true piano black. The best part we noticed a couple of days later. It is hydrophobic and self-healing...how that translated in a Minnesota summer is in how easily bug splats slid off the wrapped part of the hood...it is really amazing stuff!!

Brought back my pride for my car
Other folk have been way too critial of this vinyl. It is AMAZING. I'm so relieved I found something affordable to fix my car. My car is my pride and joy, but unfortunately it began oxidizing and its in desperate need of a repaint. But who's got an extra 3k to spare? Not me LMAO. So I bought this product and although it's meticulous work to cut out pieces. It's given me so much peace of mind. It also perfectly matches my car paint! Seriously if you do it right it will look seemless! Idk about how itll do in a car wash. I will admit, it can get tiny scratches if u use a credit card to smooth it out. I ended up using my tshirt to smooth it out.No issues with adhesion either. This thing got stronggg adhesion. It aint go'n nowhere lol.Maybe i can come back and update my review later but fr no complaints. P.s. I also used the vinyl to fill in the missing black parts on my metal transformers emblems. Works perfectly!!

very good
This product is very good quality, very glossy as expected. It a little hard to work with because its a little thick but other than that very good. I really loved how it had a protective film so there is no way of scratching when laying down vinyl.

Final Product Title: Gloss Piano Black Vinyl Car Wrap 🎨🚗
I recently used this vinyl car wrap film and couldn't be more pleased with the results! 🚗✨ The ultra-gloss finish gives my car an elegant and sleek look, making it stand out in all the right ways. I was surprised at how easy it was to apply, especially with its adhesive backing that sticks well without leaving residue. 👍The quality of the film is top-notch, offering durability while maintaining a shiny, smooth surface. The gloss piano black color is rich and deep, giving my vehicle a high-end appearance. 🖤 The material is flexible and stretchable, which made it a breeze to fit around curves and edges without any issues. 🛠️It’s been amazing for protecting my car's original paint, and I love how it adds a personalized touch to my ride! 🚙 Whether you want a new look for your car or want to protect it, I’d recommend this vinyl wrap. It gives you that glossy, professional finish with minimal effort. 🙌

Product failed, disappointed. Adhesive doesn't hold, even with Primer 94.
Even with metal prep, cleaning with rubbing alcohol, primer 94, and sealing the deal with heat-This product let go on the edges and was popping out of recesses. I paid quite a bit for this film, and paid extra for Ultra. I spent hours meticulously prepping and applying this to my wife's Sorento window trim. Less than one week to have 40% of the trim bits failing on the first hot day.I did not overstretch, overbridge gaps. I did prep. I did post heat the material and look for problems.I'm underwhelmed by vinyl, again. This isn't my first application. Seriously, it's about the same price and just as fast to use real paint. I'm so disappointed. A quick scuff and paint sounds like the way to go.Hopefully Vvivid makes better adhesive in the future, because the film itself looked great until it failed. Gorilla tape would have stuck better. So many fail points, I didn't even take pics of all.

Not as advertised
Does not let air bubbles out, material is a bit thick and it was hard to install because of protective film on top, material seems durable and would look great if properly installed on the vehicle.
