I got this for my 8 weeks ago and she loves it . And compared to the Oral B 3000 & 4 & 5000 this works just ad good IF NOT BETTER & so much more quieter . No Noise is very important . And this one delivers both no noise and a QUALITY BRUSHING !!!

This was my first sonic tooth brush and I must say it cleans very well and leaves my teeth feeling cleaner than my usual oral b could ever get. The brush requires the international version of the oclean app, not the US. No idea why. I had to get the apk from a third party site which I didn't like. Also, make sure you update the firmware through app after pairing. My zone detection was way off until I updated firmware. Great toothbrush so far though. Will update later.Update: so zone detection is still iffy, I'd honestly get the cheaper model that doesn't have the gyroscope technology as it seems gimicky how it's implemented here

The media could not be loaded.  This toothbrush cleans pretty well and the premium smart features are interesting. You can slide up and down, left and right to choose brushing mode and time. The touch screen works accurately. After brushing a report will be showed on the screen about the quality on each quarter of teeth and brushing score. 32 levels of intensity is friendly to different kind of teeth. Come with a charging base and a micro USB cable. One thing I like about the charger is that it can also be used as a holder on the wall when not charge it. Wish they also made a black model.

I wanted to LOVE this toothbrush. It’s like one of the only toothbrushes with an actual screen on it that gives you brushing stats. Unfortunately all the info is wrong. So let me explain. I’ve actually gone through three of these toothbrushes now (hoping that I just received a lemon) and each one of them gives inaccurate info on the duration of how long I will brush in a particular quadrant of my mouth. There are times where I will spend 45 seconds on a single quadrant and only 25 seconds will actually register in the app. This issue has happened with every single oclean x toothbrush I’ve gotten. I have since returned all of them. Now let’s talk about the worst feature of this toothbrush... the charger. Although stated to be ipx water resistant, it actually isn’t because water damages the sensors on the bottom of the toothbrush rendering it worthless once it’s no longer able to charge. Even if you don’t take the toothbrush in the shower, residual water after brushing your teeth will inevitably end up on the bottom of the toothbrush which will in time rust the sensor on both the brush and the cradle, rendering them un-chargable. This has happened to me with THREE separate Oclean x toothbrushes now. I strongly suggest you avoid this toothbrush like the plague unless you want to be stuck with a worthless piece of junk in a few months time.

This Oclean X toothbrush worked well for 6 months then suddenly it ceased working and then charging is also not working . Like some electronic product it just went completely dead. In my opinion this glorified toothbrush is not necessary but I gave 3-4 stars because the service did honor their 12 months warranty and sent me a new replacement.

After using Soniccare for 15 yrs, switched to oclean, very satisfied. There’s only one problem, can’t add the brush to the app, keeps getting SN is wrong errors.

I am using it every day but have not bothered with the app and the buttons have Chinese characters so I cannot tell what they are :)

Best toothbrush ever. I’ve owned everything from Sonicare Diamond Clean to the smartest Oral-B sonic top-of-the-line toothbrush and this is by far the best. Easy to use app leaves a little (but not much) room for improvement; but You can see results after just one use! Especially using Super Whitening Pro. Makes brushing fun!

Tiene muchas funciones y aún no he podido explorar todas, el único problema es que el cepillo y las instrucciones vienen en chino tradicional y simplificado, así como en inglés, por lo que si no hablas alguno se te va a complicar el uso del cepillo. No tuve ningún problema en bajar la aplicación y conectarlo vía Bluetooth a mi teléfono, en la app vienen las instrucciones y programas de limpieza, le puedes cambiar los fondos de pantalla a la app y al cepillo de dientes.Se menciona que el cabezal de cambia cada 2 o 3 meses, hay opciones para comprar lo Sakura pino que es mi tono de cepillo, sin embargo tengo dudas sobre el modelo del cabezal. Fui a la página de Oclean y para mi no tan gran sorpresa únicamente está en chino, se que la marca está respaldada por xiaomi así que buscaré por ahí, sin embargo me imagino que son los que empiezan con “pw”, pero en la página descubrí que se puede sostener el cepillo verticalmente en la base, lo que es una gran ayuda porque no tengo un lugar plano para ponerlo, así que lo pegaré en la pared, eso no permite la carga, pero puedes separar la base para ponerlo a cargar en otro lugar.Finalmente, a diferencia de otras marcas no trae estuche, se tiene que comprar por separado, lo que es una gran desventaja. Aunque casi me desmallo por el empaquetado, es hermoso! No tengo ganas de tirar la caja original, es muy hermosa.

The media could not be loaded.  This is made of flimsy plastic . Super cheaply made. It has less vibrations then $30 sonic toothbrush. The app for this toothbrush is hard to use and get a hold of. Better not buying this toothbrush. The replacement ends you have to buy off them . It has a bigger spot for the brushes regular ends are not compatible and are way more money the the Philips ones. It doesn’t come with a USB charger. You have to buy this extra. Do yourself a favour DO NOT BUY. Amazon should step in with A-Z guarantee .

Estaba muy contenta con el cepillo al principio pero a los tres meses de uso dejó de cargar. Además los repuestos sólo los pude conseguir de la página de la compañía y como el envío es de China, pasarán meses para que lleguen los repuestos (para un cepillo que ya no funciona).
