what size line can it hold

I just purchased an ABF 50 and I purchased a 300 yard roll of Power Pro 30 lb (which is suppose to be the same diameter as 8 lb mono). I also purchased a bass pro brand 8lb mono line for backing. The Avenger ABF 50 says that it can hold 440 yards of 10 lb line So I used a bunch of calculations to see how much backing I needed. It was all for nothing.I kept having too much backing and the braided line was pushed all the way out to the very edge of the spool. I took ALL of the backing off and 300 yards of Power Pro 30 lb braid (green) fits perfectly!So in recap, ABF 50 = 300 yards of Power Pro 30 lb braided line with no backing.

i use 10 &15 lb test line on a 6 1/2 and a 7 ft rod. is the #20 the right reel?

I use 4lb test on my #20 reel, 10 & 15 lb test line is too large for this reel.

can this reel be used for jiggimg

Yes. This reel with a good rod and proper line will work great. I use a 7ft medium rod with braid line and recently used a 3/8 oz. jig for pompano and it was great .Good distance on the cast and on retrieve the reel is nice and smooth. Caught a couple nice pomps had no problem reeling them in. Good luck.
