Good Stuff! Ignore the serving size info

I had this at the WI State Fair and really enjoyed it. I took a pic of the package sitting in the window of the booth and immediately ordered it.My son and I seem to have a Boba problem lately, so this is a good substitute. That being said, the nutritional info on the package as well as the recommended recipe is nuts!3 scoops of powders and two scoops of their creamer in 16 oz of hot water would make pudding not a boba drink. Also, 3 scoops of powder is 100 g, with 450 calories and 73 g of carbohydrate! BEFORE "creamer and sweetner"!I mixed one heaping scoop (35g) into 16 oz of warm water to let it melt, added ice, a little extra cold water, and shook. It tasted *just* like the boba drink I got at the fair and was plenty sweet for me. That being said, I'm not a fan of overly sweet drinks. So, the light sweetness of mix on it's own was perfect for me. YMMV.All that being said, the flavor of this mix is delicious and not overly cloying. I can pare the servie down to 1/3 of the recommended and then it's only 150 cals and 24g of carb (which is no slouch, but still not 73 g).Definitely give it a try. It's quite tasty.
