It works but ...
It works as advertised but this product was not made for UAE , the adapter/ fitting provided is not standard size and it was very hard to find the right counter fittings. It would help if those are provided in the package .

Accessories problems
The attached accessories are not matching with the local accessories, so it is not easy to connect

this is great value for money
i have not installed this yet, but it looks amazing.this is my 4th or 5th bidet purchase all from amazon and i vouch for the sheer quality of parts in this one.most others were all cheap plastic but this one has brass fittings and a steel mesh hose.i see all features in it, i think it shall turn up great isA.

Not for British Standard Piping of plumbing
The product quality if good, but the problem is with the fittings, it came with US standard fittings and most UAE plumbing uses BSP. Cant find on typical hardware stores.for the right tee adapter to to able to make use.of the set either.

not designed for UAE standard
the T valve included is not designed for UAE standards, I think it is for USA standards

Component are not fitting and not installable
The T-valve adapter included in the bio bidet is bigger than the standard size and the whole bidet is useless and its not installable.I have tried other brand (IBAMA bidaet) and its fitting perfectly.
