I had high hopes for this mass gainer, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for me. After just a couple of servings, I experienced digestive issues including diarrhea and bloating. The formula is very heavy, with a high amount of carbs and sugar, which made it hard to digest and even reduced my appetite.Might be good for hardgainers, but not ideal if you have a sensitive stomach or prefer clean, lean bulking.
