These didn't arrive in 2-packs like indicated on the site, but this is actually better as single packs because I'm giving them all as gifts after receiving one from my husband. I haven't had to use this myself, but I want all my girlfriends and nieces to be as safe as they can be so to have every advantage to get away from an attacker should they ever be in that situation. A tip for the girls, if you don't want to have this hanging off your keys, many purses have a little d-ring inside which is perfect for hooking the belt clip to, rather than using the chain, so you always know where the mace is inside your purse in an emergency and can pop it off the d-ring with one motion, without having to fumble undoing the chain in a stressful situation. You also might want to show your girlfriends where it hangs off the ring in your purse in case you're ever together and they'd need to get to it. The design of the flip top is inspired as it protects from unintended spraying in a purse and also makes it easy to know where you're pointing the mace, since it only works one way and you'd be able to get your thumb in the right position under the cap without looking while being assured you've not aimed at yourself. These arrived at least 2 days early, so the seller did a great job shipping them out quickly.

Ordered six of these--five for gifts, and one for myself. Gave three away for Xmas and did not want to mail this type of product, so I was going to give them to the recipients this spring when I saw them. When I opened my own package the handle fell off, so I immediately threw it away. Honestly, I was afraid of how cheaply made the others were.I wanted to return the unopened packages, but because I did not open these packages on the seller's timeline, my complaint was ignored; this is pretty scary because of the type of product we are reviewing. Their ignorance to not check out my complaint should come back to affect their public relations--as theirs is very poor.
