Q: My shelves are 11.5" deep, will these still work and hold securely or will there be to much "give"?

No, they do NOT give! Got mine today and like several other poor reviews it snapped and broke before I even got it in the shelf! Will be returning!

Not adjustable! You could pull out from the shelf a bit thought so they would stick out an inch and would still work.

Q: Can this be used on a wire shelf?

I don't think this particular one would work well on a wire shelf, as I don't think it would grip. There are probably others that would work better on a wire shelf.

Q: What are the size of the dividers?

They are 8 inches high, including the bottom part that slides over the shelf, and the bottom piece is about 1 1/4 inches wide.
