Perfect for morning sickness girlies
The lady at Natural Grocers pointed me to these but they are cheaper on Amazon! Easy on the stomach if you’re suffering with morning sickness and seem to be high quality! They are a bit large and taste very strong but I recommend them!

Great big pills, no nausea!
Pills are big and have to take 2, taste a little bitter at first touching my tongue, BUT what I love is that they do not make me nauseous afterward! Love all the ingredients it contains.

Good, gentle on stomach
UPDATE:So I took these for three months before TTC and got pregnant fairly quickly. Currently about halfway through my pregnancy and my bloodwork looks good and baby is growing well!I did have a huge problem with the taste during first trimester, but managed to force them down. Now I'm back to having no problem with the taste. I'm almost tempted to dock it a star for how bad it tasted during first tri but YMMV so I didn't.It's done everything I wanted and the main downside is just the cost compared to some cheaper brands. I have not had any issues with constipation or keeping it down.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I started taking these because I will be TTC soon and wanted the Folate now, and wanted to figure out a good prenatal now. I am mildly anemic and have attempted taking iron supplements before, but they made me feel so nauseous and sick that I stopped. Due to that, I was willing to spend a bit more on a prenatal that could actually get some iron in me and keep it down. This one with the two pills per day instead of one, less than 100% iron, and NO calcium to hinder the iron absorption, sounded like a perfect fit. Very happy to report that I have had no issues keeping these down, even taking them on an empty stomach. I feel more energetic than normal. It has a slight citrus taste, I can't say it is a good taste, but it is not repulsive and does not leave an aftertaste. The pill is large but that's to be expected of a two a day/one a day multivitamin pill, I think. Particularly with the iron. If large pills are a problem for you I'd recommend looking for something with more frequent but smaller doses.I plan to take Megafood's DHA & choline supplement as well as a vitamin C supplement while pregnant. If I take a blood test during the pregnancy I will update this review with the results...

Best Ingredient Label I Could Find
I looked for several weeks at ingredient labels. Most prenatal vitamins I looked through were deficient in Choline and most didn't have *any choline. This also had the digestible form of Folate in proper quantities as well, and every other ingredient matched the recommendations without going overboard with Vitamin A . It's third party certified (a huge deal breaker when looking for vitamins). The only thing missing was EPA/DHA (found in fish); I wanted to get fish oil from the source anyway, so I picked up a purified fish oil from Natural Grocers that I take in addition to my prenatal. (A good vitamin won't have everything perfect)You can tell its food-grade by the way it tastes. I had some GI sensitivity in my first trimester which made swallowing hard and the flavor, awful. But, considering it's quality, I powered through and was able to take them without any issues in the second & third trimesters. I also loved that these did not cause me any nausea.

MUST HAVE for any expecting mama!
UPDATED REVIEW: Well I took this prenatal throughout my entire first pregnancy (in my original review) and continued it through an entire year of breastfeeding. My pregnancy went really well, daughter was born very healthy and has had amazing development over the last 15 months! I had a very high milk supply as well (not sure if it’s related or not but did continue this throughout nursing to be sure she and I both got what we needed!). Started taking this again when we started trying for baby #2 and am now 8 weeks pregnant. I have had terrible morning sickness, food aversions and no appetite this time around and am so thankful for this prenatal. I have no problem taking it even under these circumstances and have peace of mind that although I’m struggling to eat much more than carbs and fruit (all I can handle!) I know this vitamin is helping fill in the gaps for baby’s nutritional needs. I take morning and night and get my calcium servings midday with lunch to be sure to not affect iron absorption. I take a Pink Stork Prenatal DHA in addition once daily. I have referred several friends to this Baby and Me 2 on their baby journeys and all have had the same rave reviews!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Love this prenatal. Can take just fine on empty stomach or with food. Zero aversion to it, no nausea, gagging or upset stomach. All lab work during pregnancy has come back good so far as well. Highly recommend, and worth the price hands down. You don’t want to discount shop for your baby’s health and early development!

Nasty, but Worthwhile
It tastes like cat food. Swallow quickly! I appreciate the transparency in the ingredients list, and it was recommended by my midwife. I learned that another friend of mine had also chosen this product after extensive research. Next time I'm preganant I'm not sure if I'll use it (because of the taste), but I'm glad to have persevered and learned how to swallow nasty pills. Pregancy takes sacrifice!

These have been awesome for 22 months
I've been taking these for 22 months. I tried a postnatal vitamin when my baby was born, but my milk supply dwindled quickly. So I went back on these, and I have not looked back. These got me through my pregnancy and 13 months with my baby breastfeeding. My hair and nails are still in glorious shape thanks to these vitamins. I don't eat the best all the time, so it's good to know my baby is getting the nutrients he needs through my breast milk still. I'll trust the smarter people when they say these vitamins are super healthy as well. I know I really like this brand, and so does my husband. He takes the men vitamins and says they give him energy without making him feel sick like some others.
