But within just a few uses, day and night, my gums were not as sore when brushing, nor did they bleed as often. My teeth are also whiter. The taste of the mint is refreshing and not overwhelming. After one tube, I had to purchase more and Amazon had an affordable price. The quality and value is agreeable.
