I liked these fans so much that I ended up with five of them. They are quiet, and they work very well. The remotes are useful and well designed. Installation was straight forward, and the instructions were clear and precise. I did have an issue with one of the fans due to a noisy inverter. However, customer support replied promptly to my request for help, and they stuck with me, supplying replacement parts, until the issue was solved. My experience with Sofucor was a refreshing change from the frustration I typically experience when seeking product support from other companies. I would highly recommend the product and the company.

This is a beautifully designed fan! The solid wood blades are of high quality and fit into many decor styles. It moves air efficiently and is extremely quiet. Easy to install and operate, customer support if knowledgeable and downright awesome!

this light is absolutely stunning. it’s SO quiet and does move a lot of air, even on the lowest setting! the main thing i don’t like about it is… we can’t figure out how to get the actual light setting of it to program and stay the warm color. i don’t think it has the capability. so every-time you turn the light off at the wall switch (not with the remote) it resets the whole fan/light and the fan will not be on and it will turn back to the factory setting of the white/bluish LED lighting. if you turn the light on/off with the remote only & always leave the wall switch ON, it will stay to your preferred setting. but once the wall switch is flipped off, it resets. which is pretty lame. if you don’t mind the white/blue light, then it won’t be an issue!! this light is not very bright, i would say it probably compares to a 40w bulb brightness if you’d think of it that way! so it’s definitely a mood setting light which is fine, since we have other light sources in our room & i enjoy a darker space anyways!those are my only gripes! other than that, it’s a gorgeous light. super easy to assemble and install. the blades are solid wood and very gorgeous. we have 8’ ceilings and it works perfect for our space! you can change out the light “bulb” system, it’s just a plug in. so that’s likely what i’ll do, to get something a little brighter and that doesn’t have different light colors so it can stay on the warmer light indefinitely. overall, we love it! it’s very sleek and love the modern look it brings to our space. :)

The ceiling fan is very attractive and complements the architecture of our covered porch. The DC motor is so quiet and it's amazing how it can even reverse without stressing the motor. Our last fan did not have the remote and this is a nice added feature. We chose not to purchase a light kit because we have recessed lighting, but overall the fan is everything that we wanted for a replacement fan and updates our outside seating area.Installation was very simple, and all the components are easy to handle. It's very stable, and does not wobble like older style ceiling fans.

This fan has met every criteria I had in mind when looking to replace our bedroom fan. Stylish, easy to install for one person, very quiet and with all the features on an easy to use remote. After handling all the parts of the fan I feel the product is well made. It's been in use for a month now and the performance is all we can ask for. I had a question for the help desk and they responded very promptly. That tells me I'm dealing with a quality product supported by a quality group. We are very happy with the results.

The light is what ruins this fan for me. The light is so bad that I'm going to take it down and put the old fan back up. I can't deal with the sad amount of light with gross color. The light in my dryer has better color.Unlikely I'll keep this fan - purely because of the light.
