Q: What size do i need for a keltec ks7?

For holding the barrel only? I would suggest the general use, might have to shave away a couple leading edges to make it perfect but it should work without it's pretty soft rubber. But for holding the shotgun in general I would get the flat set.

It's cut for about a 3/4" diameter, but it works just fine for anywhere between 1/2" to 1" or a little bigger. It's soft enough to do just about anything within reason.

Q: Is this strong enough to grip a barrel for replacement into an action? ~75-90lbs?

I would say 50-60 pounds yes, more than that I’m not sure. I only use a barrel vise for barrel work but if you don’t have a barrel vise it’s worth a try. If it’s a newer rifle and the action wrench goes into the action instead of over it, that would probably work.

General use. That's the one I got and it works great.
