It says for ages 8 and up but the package says 14+?

I just used this with my 3 year old grandson and he had a lot of fun. I think your going to need to assist an 8 year old because some of the setup, the seals, the triggering etc require a little finesse.

The water rocket's fins break after 8 flights and landing is a grass field. Where can I get replacement parts?

Super glue works great on this. It took pavement for us to break anything. The yellow base is what cracked for us. The fins have been pretty durable. Glued the fins in place along with the broken part. Haven't had it fail in years since.

Does this anchor into the ground?

No. This does not anchor to the ground. It is designed to use half-liter bottles (3 bottles) to give the launch base ample weight to provide a stable launch platform.

Safety valve limits max pressure and distance. Description says it can't fly over 100 feet high. So how high does it actually fly with max pressure?

We estimate that the rocket will fly approximately 100 feet high although we have seen it fly higher. This depends on factors such as air/water amount, number of pump compressions, launch angle and winds.
