I bought these for my 88 yr old mother who was suffering from a ankle injury. She was having a hard time staying stable while walking. While at the Podiatrist, she told us about these insoles and told my mom to give them a try. We ordered them right away and within a few days, she felt better and more stable while walking. They fit true to size and have great support!

I cannot go without these in my sneakers- specifically recommended by my podiatrist. They really help with my foot pain from low arches. They fit nicely in my sneakers and I can walk all day!

I guess my situation with needing arch support is a bit more complex to have these relieve my pain...but a comfortable insole

These were reccomended by my foot doctor, I have wide feet so went one 1/2 size larger. I wear women's 8.5 wide and purchased a size nine

I’ve had these before and love them so much! Huge help in my back and achy feet. Contact customer support because I only had the right insole in box…not one for left foot! Called number listed they gave be a different number. Girl had a string accent so but hard to understand. Very kind and helpful just took awhile for her to finish process. They told me to keep the one right insole & will send replacement. Glad I don’t have spend time returning it. Will update when get product.

I have worn several types of orthotics from different podiatrists. A few in the $200 range. I have several issues with both my feet. Flat feet, arthritis, etc. Foot pain sent me back to the doctor, this one recommended these in particular because several of her patients were satisfied with results and were affordable. I was skeptical but figured I’d give them a try. Very comfortable and so far my feet do feel much better. True to size, no cutting involved. May not work for everyone but they seem to be working for me.

I have flat wide feet, I am on my feet all day as a preschool teacher I have to wear professional foot ware which isn't the most comfortable. I've tried every insole under the sun almost got customs I took a chance on these and oh my goodness they helped my feet so much, the swelling in my feet are gone and I can stand for 8+ hours with decreased pain

Works great for pickleball. I prefer superfeet but these also help reduce pain. Can play for hours with these insoles.
