Low price high quality
Built a custom frame and was easy to install by myself with a cable system I purchased on Amazon. Have already used it multiple times and my boys absolutely love it. Excellent quality for the price.

Misleading information, such a waste of time and energy
Not informing customers clearly that poles not included, should be clearly mentioned in product heading or start of product description. Such a waste of time

Only a net and it was ripped
Missed my return window by one day because I just had the time to open to put up. Net had a hole and didn’t realize it was just a net not any hardware. I have a real upset child on my hands now.
