Glad I got this! There’s so many options it’s overwhelming. This is a good price and a nice product. The front flaps are weighted so they stay put, very comfortable and soft. The only thing I’d say is the neck part has heat at the back not enough on the sides of the neck but the chest front has heat and all of the back. Easy to plug in and turn on, different temps and a timer.

I'm fighting some serious shoulder pain from fibromyalgia. I ordered this because it was a great value and would deliver this evening! It's nicely weighted which was a bit of a surprise. It sits firmly and is the perfect size across my shoulders and the heat radiates wonderfully. First heating pad that I've owned with more than just Low, Medium and High... this baby has 9 settings! Super easy to use, pop outta the box, plug 'er in and slap across the shoulders. Nice quick snap to hold it in place.

Amazing customer service! When this heating pad quit working while displaying an “F” error code, I emailed Comfytemp customer service and was emailed back within hours asking for a video. I sent a 30 second video of the problem and again received a reply back asking if I would like a resend of a new product or a refund. Because I have really loved the heating pad up until it quit working, I asked for another to be sent. So I will get another in a few days. Wow, so pleasant, quick and efficient. I am so impressed. Buy with confidence!

Broke my shoulder a few months ago. This heating pad fits perfectly turned to fit over that still painful shoulder. It has provided very good pain relief so I can rest comfortably. It's soft and velvety, weighted allows it to stay right where I need it. It gets much warmer but I only use it on #2 power setting. Love the longer auto shut off options. Great product for the low price.

This is a neck heating pad. It works well, stays warm, and just what I needed for my leg. It wraps well around my upper thigh as I have a pinched nerve and keeps the pain at bay. The fabric is comfortable and the wrap is well made. My PT recommended for its versatile shape. I’m ready to feel better and try it just for my neck soon.😉

Works well...the high setting does get very hot.

Really love this heating pad. Use it everyday for upper back and neck issues. Fabric is so soft. Like that it has different heat levels and timer. Well worth the money.

I bought this heating pad as a gift for my friend who has been suffering with shoulder pain, and she loves it! She said the heating pad has really helped with her pain. Prior to getting the heating pad she was getting only nominal relief from creams and patches for pain, but now she is really satisfied with the relief she receives from the heating pad. She likes the heat levels and the weighted feel of the pad on her shoulders. This was a great a great purchase!
